About
5300 Palms was established in 1999 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Our farm is just over 20 acres and we grow different varieties of Oak Trees and Palm Trees (Sylvesters, Pindo, Latania, Cabbage). Also, we have more than 15 varieties of fruits and vegetables.
Sylvester Palm
The Sylvester Palm is a multi-stemmed evergreen tree with a towering form, with a high canopy of foliage concentrated at the top of the plant. Its relatively fine texture sets it apart from other landscape plants with less refined foliage.
The Sylvester Palm is primarily grown for its highly ornamental fruit.
This variety is widely utilized in tropical landscapes; will slowly mature into a stately palm and make an excellent landscape focal point.
--> This tree will require occasional maintenance and upkeep, and shouldn't
require much pruning, except when necessary, such as to remove dieback.
Our Garden
At our small, but unique family farm, we can take you on a side-by-side ATV tour of the farm. From there we will show you the varieties and sizes of our plants. We will provide you with information about the growth rates of each species and how to care for them. You are welcome to visit our farm and pick out your own palms, or we have people that can deliver and plant for you anywhere you'd like.
